WHAT’S NEW

1. NEW this sale and future sales: the minimum amount to consign is 25 items.  With larger items, the total dollar amount needs to be at least $75.  This is to help ensure a better opportunity for all consignors to receive a check.

2. NEW:  $2 minimum price on items.  The reason for the change is for consignor benefit.  When an item that is marked $1 sells at half price the consignor’s commission is only .30.  Hardly worth the time and effort in preparing that item plus materials to tag it.  We want our consignors to make money!  If you feel your item isn’t worth $2 pair it with something else.  Make an outfit or a set.  Or put in your donate pile.

3. NEW: Volunteer hour level.  Along with the 12 and 16 hour levels we’ve added an 8 hour level.  Requirements for this level are that 4 hours must be served during the opening day of the sale and 4 hours during our sorting process.  This level of volunteering will let volunteers shop at 7pm on the Thursday before the consignor presale.

Important to remember:

  • When sizing your clothing for the Children’s sale or Sister’s sale please use numerical sizes such as 6, 8, 10 etc. even if it is labeled S, M, L.  We size clothing on the racks by numbers.  Exceptions to this are scrubs and maternity.
  • Two or more pieces sold together need to a piece of tape on the item(s) without the tag.  This is especially for multi piece outfits.  Please don’t use another barcode tag!
  • Please only use one barcode tag per item.
  • Don’t forget to price your items in the bottom right corner of your tags.
  • Be clear with the separation of your $ and the number so that $2 doesn’t look like $12 or $12 doesn’t look like $2.
  • ND (no discount refering to the 1/2 price sale) must be located, if using, in the bottom left corner.  Placement is important due to the way we cut tags at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to be selective about what we accept at all sales.  Please don’t offended if you are given items to take back.
  • Use whole dollar amounts when pricing your items.  Such as $2, $3, $4 etc.
  • Even if you are a seasoned consignor please browse the website to make sure there aren’t other changes that you might have forgotten or missed.
  • Please be patient with us at drop off.  Because we don’t set appointments for drop off, you may come at a busy time and you may have a long wait.  Please stay until a volunteer has throughly inspected your items.
